Senior Active Directory Engineer - R0008466

What you’ll be doing:

As a Systems Engineer, you will be moving from an on-premise environment to a hybrid cloud model while Engineering, Automating, Installing, Configuring, and providing 24x7 on call Support for storage, virtualization, operating systems and applications associated with DellEMC Networker, Data Domain, Isilon, VNX, VMAX and XtremIO/Microsoft Server Stack, Azure Storsimple, Active Directory and VMware ESX.  You will proactively identify and implement application, infrastructure and operating system monitoring/alerting for security, performance and capacity planning.  Additionally, you will be responsible for training co-workers, improving our Service Level Agreements, and communicating with end user around changes and incidents.

We are looking for someone who loves the thrill of supporting a global data center footprint, lives to solve problems, is excited about the Cloud and promotes teamwork. We are looking for someone with experience working in technology environments with at least 200 servers and 5+ years of experience supporting EMC DPS and storage platforms, Cisco, VMware and Microsoft Network and Server Technologies.

Our current stack is:

Storage/DPS - EMC Networker, Data Domain, Isilon, VMAX, XtremIO, Unity and VNX. Virtual Technologies-VMWare ESX 5x/6x, Citrix XenApp 6.x Server. Server-Cisco UCS, vBlock. Scripting-PowerShell. OS/Cloud Technologies-Windows Server and Clustering, Azure, SQL Server; Microsoft Active Directory, Systems Center and SolarWinds monitoring.
