About the role Our Customer Success team are proactive in their partnership with customers to make full use of Blackbaud capabilities by aligning our software with their business outcomes. As part of our Customer Success Division, our Renewals team is responsible for retaining customers, renewing/consolidating contracts and understanding any challenges or opportunities the customer may have. We are now looking to evolve our renewal’s function and expand this work to our International Groups across UK & Canada. These positions will focus on our Mid-Market customers, and you will be part of a US based team of 20. We are looking for a confident communicator and someone who needs to understand the detail. You will lead from the front and be proactive and entrepreneurial when partnering with customers. What you'll be doing
