About the role:
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Senior Technical Talent Sourcer based in Costa Rica for our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will be a key partner with the entire recruiting team in this role as you focus on building ongoing talent pipelines across top hiring profiles.
What you will be doing:
- Implementing proactive sourcing strategies that facilitate building talent pipelines for both the US and International markets across a variety of roles
- Orchestrating candidate campaigns, outreach, engagement, and cultivation as well as screening via phone and video
- Researching key talent marketplace drivers and providing intelligence which enables recruiters to more effectively find and close candidates
- Generate, analyze, and communicate standard recruiting reports that focus on effective roll-out of programs and the ROI they bring
- Program and project manage various key initiatives within the recruiting organization as required
- Benchmark and evaluate options to continue to bring best in class practices to Blackbaud especially as it relates to positive a candidate experience
What we will want you to have:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience preferably in a software or technology related multi-national company
- Sourcing and networking skills that help you identify talent and successfully attract them to Blackbaud
- Partner with full-cycle recruiter in screening technical talent as well as other job profiles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) & CRM
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or related field experience
- English proficiency advanced level
- Ability to manage programs/projects and effectively roll out across the organization to include ongoing change management
- Capability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy
- Solid business acumen, excellent technical industry knowledge, and superior communication and presentation skills to establish credibility with internal clients
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Candidate must be located in Costa Rica - Blackbaud has a remote work environment in Costa Rica
