About the role:
We are seeking experienced and high-potential Product Managers to join our Fundraising, Financial Solutions, and Payment Solutions teams. The Product Manager works closely with development leads, user experience leads, and supporting team members to deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable. This role engages and collaborates with other product managers and product teams to bring solutions to customers. The Product Manager is in a unique position to help a broad set of people, teams, and customers achieve remarkable results.
What you'll be doing:

Responsible for multiple product initiatives and supporting teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight

Focused on communicating and building rapport with customers throughout the product development process

Work with multiple product teams to bring solutions to the market iteratively through short-cycle design and scrum interaction

Work across engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders to execute on product strategy

Provide guidance on the prioritization of product backlogs to guide product teams in developing capabilities

Work across multiple cross-functional professionals in a very collaborative environment
What we'll want you to have:

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.

5+ years proven experience in Product Management required; experience with payments-related products, CRM, enterprise solutions, and/or other technical platforms highly desired

Experience with agile development practices, methodologies and tools is required.

Demonstrated experience with AHA, JIRA, and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) required

Demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams.

Must possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with peers, stakeholders, and customers.

Proven ability to run multiple initiatives and comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization.

Pragmatic understanding of technologies, systems, and tools in an ever changing environment.
